Your Outlook is not installed correctly or the wrong version.

This type of error is almost always that the required automation doesn’t exist or has been installed in a wrong version.

Hi Erik,

Good Day!

The Outlook is working fine even before th NAV was installed. What version should we install Outlook? do we need to install it in both machines. (Server and Client workstation)? Can I have a copy of the procedure for this?

Thank you so much for the continous support, really appreciated.

More power!

IAN

Hi Ian,

Can you re-register OLHANDER.DLL to see if this fixes the problem

Hi Ian,

One further query - did you install the Nav client or just copy the Nav Client directory and/or create a shortcut to a nav client folder. If so the easiest solution is to do a client install.

Hi DaveT,

we tried to reregister the “OLHANDLER.DLL” and we got the msg below;

LoadLibrary(“OLHANDLER.DLL”) failed - The specified module could not be found.

Also, we installed the NAV client to the workstation.

Thank you so much for your time with problem,

Regards,

IAN

This message means that some essential referred DLL is also missing on your computer.

What Version of Outlook are you using?

Do you have the same problem on all computers or just at one?
