I’m new and not experienced at all with Navision problems. Here comes:
We use Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 SP1 Classic with Microsoft SQL Server, Version W1 6.00 (6.00.29626).
I have recently installed the client on 2 new Dell stationary PCs. Also I have installed an add-in for payment management (Celenia Banking). When the users try to create a payment file for import in our banking system, they get the following error:

Could not create an instance of the OLE control or Automation server identified by GUID={0D54C20E-EAF1-43D4-8E72-19CC5916DFD1} 2.0:{1D9369E6-6DC3-4A81-B8DA-684F0308E9A1} Unknown Automation Server.Unknown Class.
Check that the OLE control or Automation server is correctly installed and registered
The file is supposed to be created in network folder, and they both have full access to this folder.
I have tried to re-install the client and the add-in, but without success.
They were able to do this just fine on their old HP laptops.
Have you seen this before, and what can I do to solve this?
