In shop floor control, when i finish “Last Route” of my job, it shows massage, “Report as finish journal has been posted”, this is good but my question is, why at production form its status remains “Started” . yes at this page Remain Status changes from “RoutConsumption” to “Material consumption”.
can anybody tell me which parameter is missing here?
Also i checked my Route for this production, here it update only two field 1) good qty 2) Hours
but why Report as finish chechBox is not tick/not updated from SFC?
i have past screen shot for this Route form, i need to check this “Red part”/ report as finish from Shop floor control.

is there any posting journal problem??
If it is still material consumption then you have not posted the picking list journal.
Your highlighted field is only ticked if this is done automatically as part of a stage change, so you set it to end and your prarameters are configured to post the journals automatically. I beleive in SFC this field is irrelevant - it does not indicate you have reported anything as finished in SFC, this field is present without SFC. In other words the system does not need it, and neither do you - the operation completed is more important.
i checked All journals, in these all one entry is done by SFC for this production order, but main problem is on “Prodution Order” form its status not updated by SFC it is still at Started as shown below,
it should be Report as finish or Ended, isnt it?
means, when i complete last operation at SFC, job status should reach to Report as finished or Ended,
or “at least in remain status column it must not show “Route Consumption” as we have consumed route from SFC”

You really should understand the ended status before wanting this.
So do you have routing journals?
You probably need to look at your production parameters and what they are doing, as well as your routing steps and SFC reporting configurations. I cannot even remember if this will update the production status to be honest.
At SFC > Production parameter > Operation (only on this one tab) → specify perfect Route journal & automatically post to check. this will post Rout Journal from SFC. so at Production form you will get only End status as Remain Status.

My question would be around the operation completed aspect. I cannot make operation complete checkbox be filled in based on my parms. Using route groups, SFC parms (Production parms in SFC set-up). Does feedback on SFC with Finished=yes convert to operation complete in route within journal in a way I am missing?
