Sales order discount

Hi All

In AX 2009 do we have the sales discount on the basis of the User/Designation. e.g. like on the sales order sales executive can give the discount upto 2%, sales manager 5% etc etc,.

If it is there can you explain me the process and the setup in the AX.

Ax does not have the standard functionality .

Hi Imran,

As Ameen said, Standard AX won’t support this feature. You need to customize it.

But if you want to give discount … you can give it directly at SO line (specify discount % in Disc. Pct. field) or even you can go with Trade agreements to give discount but it is not possible to fulfill the requirement of yours and for that you need to go with the customization.
