Ax 2012 sales order discounts

Hi there,

I am trying to find a mechanism which automatically calculates a discount for sales orders which we receive via the web shop.

Issue is that I can identify that the sales orders are coming from the web shop, but sometimes the customer also order by phone and then the discount must not be applied.

Should I use a customization for this? Or does somebody know a way to solve this?

You would need to modify it because it is the sales source that is the differentiator, and as far as AX is concerned the customer is the customer.
