Start by setting the flushing principle to always.

The set the physical reduction to unchecked.

You never answered the picking list journal question. If your picking list journal has 1 line it is the start parameters you do not understand, if the picking list journal has all lines and the report has 1 then you need to modify the report or restore the original.

Thanks for replying Adam.

In the picking list journal it is showing the 1 line. Even after doing the Automatic BOM consumption to always and uncheck the reduction.

Then check the estimation how many lines? Check the BOM how many lines? Then check the quantities on the BOM and the effective dates. Seems something is wrong with your BOM. Is it a site specific BOM or work centre consumption? Screen shot of the BOM from the Production Order and Item could prove useful. Presumably you do not link to operations and were not starting by operation number?

I Got it… the error is of decimal places and the unit conversion.

But still i have the same problem of not releasing the item in the picking list.
