MATRIX PAGE DYNAMIC COLUMN NOT TRANSFER TO EXCEL IN NAV 2013 R2

when we generate Item by Location matrix excel from print and send excel option, it will not generate dynamics column in excel in NAV 2013 R2.

Dynamic column are the locations in which the inventory bifurcated.

Hi Saransh,

The reason this is happening is the nature of a matrix page in Dynamics NAV. A matrix page is not one page, but several pages combined into one. So when printing it’s not one page, but multiple pages.

That’s why most of these special matrix pages used by account schedules and analysis also have special coded Excel export functions. Just using the “native” NAV function will not work! [:)]
