Hello, Is it possible to create dimension based financial statement using management reporter for AX 2012? I found the built financial statement for dimensions. Is MR worth the try? Has anyone tried. Curious to know what’s their take on it.
Does it require separate server box or can I install in the AOS server?
Is it easy to design column/rows?
Ah then I read this one - yes very powerful on Dimensions from what I have seen and well worth an investigation. No idea on the technical details.
Yes it seemed very easy to create columns, rows and trees, but the person showing me was trained.
Hi Adam, thanks for the pointing me towards it. I have installed it and it is a lot easier to generate the statements. Using the wizard, I created a one dimension report. But looks like I need to dig into the tree structure to include additional dimensions.
