Hello All, I would just like to share that if you need to include formatting in your WORD document attachments in your interaction templates, so that you have some formatted text in your email body, utilize MS OFFICE 2002/XP. The mail merge is more enhanced and will result in formatting in the body. However, you must then install the admin security hack to lower the security settings on OUTLOOK 2002/XP.
