Hello all, I want to send an email with an attachment and some body text in the email. I need this to be setup through the Interaction Template. Is this even possible? I can send an email with an attachment, but with blank body text in the email. Or I can send a Mail Merged WORD doc fully through the body text, but then I have no attachment. Also, if I have formatted text in the WORD doc, when it gets MAIL MERGED I lose all the formatting, is there a way to keep this for the email? Thank you for any help. - OJ
for email with formatting there are some objects which can be downloaded from www.mibuso.com. it is in the name of outlook integration.
