getting below error while trying to attached document on EP , i am using EpDocuList menu item directly in submenu and trying to use it.

AX Document Management works based on the saved records… we need to save a record first and then for that record we attach document. we cannot deal with documents without the record reference… pls try to check the standard functionality for more understanding…
