can not receive customer account statement report!

Hello guys,

I have a problem with customer account statement report.

I have a role like financial specialist and this role can not receive this report.

but the weird thing is I can not receive this report with this role in prod but It works on dev.

I moved to dev and it worked.I checked the privileges on prod and It seems ok there is no reason to not get it.when I click the button I can see the dialog screen I click yes then its step back to customer list form.

also, there is no error message so I do not know why it’s doing like that.I cleaned the usage data’s etc.but Its weird cuz I moved the role to dev and It worked there but not in prod.And also other roles can get the report except for this role.

do you guys have any idea?

can you confirm your user does not have any other role assigned on dev?
also you dont have any print management setting and using it for this report

yes there is only one role. and where is the print management settings?btw when I select 2 parameters on dialog screen I can get the report but normally the other user dont have select these checkboxes ,only my role have to.

literally I add everything about these reports like related tables,server methods entry points I do not know wht I can see the report.

I can not even see on my screen the report,it not giving errors or anything just does not open the report after dialog screen
