You’ll need to debug your changes. As you see, if you don’t test things one by one, you have no idea which one failed.
First of all, check out if your new objects are used at all.
By the way, the steps don’t mention deploying the report. If you didn’t deploy it and it still works, it suggests that it’s indeed not trying to use your report. If it did, it would have failed.
