Aot is running but client is not opening

Our AOT is running but when we try to open our clients they just stopped interacting with Windows and was closed.

There are no archived messages in action center.

How we can find more information and find out why the client is not starting?

What’s your version of AX? Did it work before? What has changes since then? Does it happen for all users and all configurations?

This is the service is

AX2012R2A Microsoft Dynamics AX Object Server 6.2$01-MicrosoftDynamicsAX AOS60$01 Running Automatic

It was working before. We restart service several times and everything was ok. The server was restarted today and axapta client can not be open since then.

It happens for all users.

Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Configuration: Performance is set to the Automatic configure.

At the end the restart of SQL service helps.

What if you start AX client from another machine?

Are you sure that nothing got log to Event Log? It’s unusual. Nevertheless you should be able to display details when the client crashes.

Try to use Trace Parser to see which X++ manages to execute.

If you have somebody able to do it, you can analyze the crash memory dump.
