I am not sure if ledger allocation functionality is available in NAV or not.

Have a look at the recurring journal functionality that exists within financial management.
This will give you the ability to allocate percentages of this recurring journal to one or more GL codes.
Other than this recurring journal piece, everywhere else I’ve done it, it has been a development task
