Using Job Scheduling-Partial Quantity Star Up

Dear All,

I have an issue as below

1.I have created a production order of qty=100 Kg

2.In route I have two operations(10th & 20 th).

3.Production Order Updated to Job Scheduling.

4.Production Order Updated to release.

5.I want to start production with 50 kg qty

6.In job card journal I want to post for 50 kg(10th operatrion).

7.The 50 kg qty which i posted in 10th operation,I want to post for 20 th Operation(after starting 20 th operation with 50 kg)

8.Then remaining 50 kg I want to start and post for 10th operation and post it(Job card).

9.After that ,50 kg I want to start for 20 th operation and post the job card.

Can any one of us give resolution for above mentioned scenario.

You can create picking journals and post part quantities not ending the job until the second lot has been posted.

Where does the creation of picking lists and controlling them manually not work for you?
