Hi guys! I’m trying to use Nav4 to follow an item that was purchased and need to sent for repair. For that , i’m using the purchase return module but how can i take account of the cost by the time that the vendor send back the item? Please can someone give me the flow step by step? Thanks

Are you talking about the physical cost of the item and the movement of this cost (if so are you using expected costing? Or are you talking about the time it costs you to have this item unavailable and the re-work costs?
