Sales order packing slip error - Quantity has been reduced to 0.00

Hi All,

when i create packing slip in a sales order, i am getting this error message.

“Quantity has been reduced to 0.00”.

Packing is created after this error, but the delivered quantity is zero.

Please guide me that how to solve that issue.

Hi hari,

it seems like customization error and you posted the packing slip with “0” quantity .

May be that’s why somebody set the error when post the packing slip with 0 quantity.

I think the reduction is on to alter the transaction to the available stock - assuming you are not shipping on a confirmed pick?

There is a tick on the picking list to reduce to available stock, this may also be on the shipment. You have not said if you picked the stock, you just said you are shipping it. In addition if you have WMSII configured there are elements in there that would impact here I believe. Basically I would advise setting a really simple warehouse up, booking in stock and then trying what you are trying.
