RTC connection error

I have both the classic client and the RTC on my workstation. Today I cannot connect to the system using the RTC but the classic client connects fine. Any ideas?

Version is NAV 2009 SP2

Is your nav server service running?

Error is that server can not be found.

More information that may be related. I have a number of users who will connect to the system via a terminal services server. When I try to set up a Remote Desktop connection to this server using it’s name it cannot be found. However when I set up the connection using it’s IP address I connect perfectly.

try the ip address instead

10.0.0.1:7046/dynamicsnav

Check the configuration files that you have entered correct server name and database name.
