RTC connectivity problem

Hi,

I installed Nav 2009 DB on a SQL server (which also host 5.1 db) I can connect using classic client . when I try to connect using RTC error appears as

A server was not found at “net.tcp//nav3:7046/DynamicsNav/Service”. Either the URL is incorrect or the server is currently not available.
