Production order error

Hi,

When I tried to end a production order, I got the error “Account number for transaction Type Production offset account, Work centre issue does not exist”. The ledger setting on the production order is “Item + work center”.

Therefore go to the work centre and add the missing account on the ledger tab.

I check every prodution route and find the work centers, the accounts are all specified!

Can you post a screen shot of the exact error message then please?

Have you report as finished the item? If you have do not tick report as finished at the end.

Then look at all of your journals.

Finally look at the parent item and the item group and check the production tab (I think you will find it is blank)
