This is the problem what I am facing continuing…
Error:
"You do not have permission to create the “testformname” form.
Contact your system administrator to have your permissions changed."

It’s related to license are you using: is it a developer license?
You can check from menu Tools → License Information.
What is the form ID for testformname?
Its either permission or license issue.
