Parameter table for a Report

HI friends,

I want to create a parameter table/Form for a report, so that based on the value in table/form the report run .

please suggest.

If i understand it correctly, you are going to create a form and you input some kind of data here and when you open the report from some where else it has to take this customized form parameter ???

Then you can directly override the fetch method in the report and can by writing select method use the buffer and filter it accordingly.

I want a form (like parameter form of a module) , where some field is entered once and pass as a parameter to the report every time whin repoer is executed.

If user wants to filter the report then , he has to chnge the value in the parameter form.

so this is the senerio…
