Microsoft Dynamics NAV has encountered a problem and needs to close

I am using NAV 5.0, on a server running Server 2003 R2, with workstations using XP Pro SP3. I have recently started to receive the error ‘Microsoft Dynamics NAV has encountered a problem and needs to close’ when trying to run XML Port (Export functionality) by using a codeunit.

I have spent hours searching for anything similar and I can’t find anything anywhere! Has anyone experienced a similar problem?

Have you been able to isolate the code that is causing the problem? Try stepping through the debugger line by line.

use latest version of MSXML4.0 and MSXML6.0. and try.you can download the MSXML4.0 and 6.0 from the below link.
