Hi, My name is Daniel, I’m from Australia, and I’m new to Navision, so sorry if my description is a bit confusing!
We are using NAV 5.0, on a server running Server 2003 R2, with workstations using XP Pro SP3. A user has recently started recieving the error ‘Microsoft Dynamics NAV has encountered a problem and needs to close’ when trying to open a record, but the error only occurs when the menu window is maximized. (Not the main navision window, but the new window the record opens in.) It will function correctly all day every day, until that maximize button is pressed!
I have spent hours searching for anything similar and I can’t find anything anywhere! Has anyone experienced a similar problem?
