Jet Reports and Incompatabiltiy with Citrix

I’m attempting to do a Navision upgrade from version 4 sp6 to Dynamics NAV v6 sp1, with accompanying Jet Reports in a Citrix environment. It appears that you can’t load Jet Reports by themselves via Citrix, but you have to load an end-user’s entire desktop, which of course has associated performance issues. We don’t want to pursue the desktop option so I was wondering if anyone has encountered this before, found a workaround, or a viable, easy-to-replace alternative for the Jet Reports so we can get around this? Other options?

We’re in the process of going from NAV 3.60 → NAV 5.0, so it’s not the exact same scenario. But We have been runing JetReports and Citrix for 4 years now without any problems. Actually, I’m not quite sure why this is an issue? You just install the MS Office package on the server, install JetReports (the Excel Add-in etc) and fire it up. No big problems.
