I have this message when I was posting my Sales order " Item No. 80100" does not exist. Pls how do I resolve the problem?

Well, it means exactly what it says. There is no record in the Item table with No. = 80100.
As the others said, though, more information is needed to determine if it was just bad data entry or if there is another underlying problem.
BTW: I wasn’t saying Opeyemi was posing a stupid question. I meant that maybe my question was stupid [:$]

I guess you had a filter on the sale line and the line no longer exists on the sales order, there are ways of doing this but deleting the zup would resolve this I would guess.
