Is there a way to have Item UPC/EAN Number reflect the part number associated to it within NAV.

I want to make sure the UPC Barcodes are reflecting the correct part number when scanning. If there is a way to accomplish this within a print-out. Want to scan to test. Running NAV 2016

There is no standard reports printing barcodes in NAV. If you need this, then you have to create a new report for this.

Barcodes are stored in Item Cross References:

  • Define Bar Code for Items: Item Card → NAVIGATE → Cross References.
  • On Sales, Purchase, Journals, … scan the Bar Code in Cross-Reference No.
