How to Un-register items from purchase

Hi,

One of my client who by mistake item registered serial number and posted in purchase. Due to this its showing in stock with registered serial number without any cost. Due to this its showing quantity in stock without cost.

Is there any procedure or way to un-register serial number?

Dear Mohammad,

open the purchase order click the line which you want to un-register.

then click update on the left hand side a drop down will come select registration, one window will open.

click to autoselect line will be created below post the same with the accurate serial number.

this will un-register the item.

Thanks for support. Update button does not have in AX 4.0

Is there any other option from where we can do same functionality.

Sorry bro because we are using AX R2 so not much idea about AX 4.0 any how i have my friend and will check with them if they can give me some steps to unregister.
