How to share Some Information Between Company In Dynamics Ax

hi all,

We Have several Factory (Company) That Has Share information , For Example Human Resource And Items Details are

Common between Company.

I Know Dynamics Ax Solve This Problem With Virtual Company, but all Company Can See All Records That Register By

Other Company, and Restrict access to data With Rls(Record Level Security)

Please Help Me To Use Best Practices To Solve This Problems :

1- How to share Some Information Between Company

2- How To Restrict access to data

Hi,

Tables will be shared to share the information between the companies, Make a table collection in AOT and select the tables which need to be shared and assgin the table collection to the virtual companies, but the problem is that all the data will be shared,there is no half sharing concept in it,

Use record level security to control the access to the data,
