How to open my RTC from different computer?

Hi all, we are new at NAV 2009, we think that we can be missing some very important knowledge… I would like to ask that how can i open my RTC from different computer. For example i am an executive but i will be at the warehouse that day, if i want to do some work from NAV do i have to bring my laptop with me? Or can i open my RTC from any of the warehouse employees computer? Please be kind enough to answer, because our client is getting anxious about this subject :frowning:

  1. Press and hold the Shift key and right click on the Navision RTC shortcut or EXE file, then click onRun as different user.

  2. Put user name and password

3)If prompted by UAC, then click on Yes (Windows 7)

  1. The program will now be running as that user.

  2. When done, simply close the program to stop it from running as that user.
