Error while open RTC in Windows 7 (Navision 2009 SP1)

Hi All,

My problem is this i have to install Nav 2009 RTC to machine where windows 7 install, and the user is already exist , but when we install the RTC and try to connect its shows the follwing error,

The Server"net.tcp://192.168.4.204: 7046/dynamicsNAV/Service" is either unavailabe or your connection has been lost. Do you want to attempt to reconnect?

so for this i have made the test enviroment

I have following scenrio when iam login from User A then sytem login in the RTC Navision , but when on same machine iam login with another user B then this error comes

Now the problem is this that when iam login with User A than its connect to proper database whose IP is (192.168.4.204)

means this is my test database.

When iam login through the User B on the same machine than its shows me error which i have mention above and it connect to another IP (192.168.4.200) which is live database IP.

Is USER B added in windows login and synchronized ???

Yes User B has been added in Windows Login and Sychronized also.
