How to manage recalls ?

Hi,

We have pills that are controlled by Lot Number in NAV. How can we managed the recalls in the system?

I need some ideas on how to track ( or to trace ) Lot numbers coming from supplier?

You can use the marketing tool for this.

Create a new Segment, call “Functions”,“Contacts”,“Add Contacts”

Then fill in the “Value Entry” tab with the correct item no. and the lot no. (you will need to select this field from the field list first).

When pressing OK, you will receive a list of all customers (actually the contacts assigned to the customers) and you can export these addresses for a mailing into excel.

Of course you need to have the marketing module licensed and activated.
