Facing an error of .ZUP file while using Navsion through Citrix

Dear All,

One of my user facing an error message when he is using Navision Through Citrix.

Error message "The Operating System is cannot gain acces to the file “U: kishor_bhatt.zup” please check that the file type and attributes are correct "

I have already delete the user and recreate but the problem is still there.

So, Any one can help me in this?

I ask to one of my friend and he guid me to delete only delete that .zup file insted of user.

Can you tell me where the .zup file is located ?

Try the following:

C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data

If you cannot see the Application Data folder please change your folder settings to show hidden files and folders.
