Can anyone help me to solve this, i can’t post my Fixed assets in FA G/L Journals. it says “FA posting type must not be in Gen. journal line”. Please refer to the photo i attached for more details of the message.

4th field on the screenshot “FA Posting Type” is blank and the error message is clear.
so you have to fill the field to post.
If i choose any in FA posting type there is a popup message again. please see photo.
(FA posting type must be posted in FA Journal)
FA Card already been filled with book value and No. of years depreciated

Go to the depriciation Book
Under Integration tab, you have the option to select for deprication
Are you using FA journal or General Journal for posting ???
