Error "Insufficient inventory transactions with status picked" when posting invoice for credit note

Hi all,

I got an error “Insufficient inventory transactions with status picked” when posting invoice for credit note.

How can i solve it ?

Seems picking made mandatory in your setup. So, you need to do the picking first and then you need to post the invoice. use the Inventory>Pick button to pick the items.

Hi, Santosh.

the status of this PO credit note is already received. when i go to inventory picking, there is no line in the window.

I also try to cancel the product receipt and also got the error “Quantity 10.00 cannot be received because items have already been returned.”

It’s odd. Usually i post po credit note, it runs well.

What should i check ?
