Can some body help me to solve the error shown in the bellw screen shot?
The error happns at the time operation scheduling thhe batch order.
How did you create item 56457554 in the system?
Remove it from the BOM does it operation schedule correctly? If it does manually add it back in and retest.
Looks to me like there is an issue with your data regarding this item.

56457554 is final product not used in any formula.
Th error comes when operation scheduling its batch order.Batch order is manually created.
This is not a new item .There many batch order already ended for this product.

No idea.
If it is an old order and you have changed nothing and you have products already for this then clearly there is nothing wrong. However there is, so you have changed something - modification, data import changes, something somewhere has changed - get a developer to debug it.
I am creating the manula batch order…I dont get the error If I un-tick the “Finite Material” in the general tab of the operation scheduling.
We are using Forecast & MRP.
1.So is this mandatory setting for MRP & forecast?
2.What is the effect of this tick for batch order in inventory context.
It is not mandatory and it is checking if the dates can be met by the material required to make the product - useful to tick generally.
