Has anyone written or know of a routine to merge two duplicate Contacts, keeping one and merging all of the information of the other one, including Customer information (as well as Sales)if the Contact is also a Customer? I have not seen any merge capabilities in the NaVision CRM or Sales/AR modules. Joel Levitan Omega Institute
There is no standard functionality to merge duplicate Contacts. In the online help for 3.70, in a topic named “Searching for Duplicates Manually”, there is a remark that states:

Attention If the contacts are true duplicates, the program will not delete the duplicates, you will have to do this manually.
However, it makes sense to develop such a function, especially if you are dealing with large amounts of data. On such cases, it is really useful. Good luck
