Is there a way to merge two customer accounts on Navision?
If yes, can anyone please explain the procedure?

My understanding is that it is essentially the same procedure as merging items, customers, etc.

This is achievable (I should know we did an add-on for it) - the difficult part is resolving conficts in the master data such as dimension, bank accounts etc.
