I have created a alert rule for "workflow tracking status table " and ran “changed based alert” batch for alerts.
Still i’m not receiving mails. already a record is created for “work flow error” status after alert is created.

In some forms / tables you have group by while displaying data . In AX standard code on creating alert rules it doesn’t consider the data source in case of group by or aggregate functions.
