Creating alert rule through Email

Hi all,

Email Alerts Setup in Ax 2009

Procedure tat i followed:

  1. Creating an alert rule for SO creation.
  2. Once SO is created, a pop-up is perfectly available to the respective
    user but not in the e-mail fashion but a normal popup.
  3. i have setup d related Email batch processes.
  4. In the Administration → Periodic → Email Processing → Email sending
    Status , the status that i found is waiting for some time & den it fails to
    send the mail.

this is where i am facing the problem, if any body has done dis, den please
send me the process for the same.

and i followed the steps that are listed in the MSDN site, but still facing
the same problem…
