Alert does not work ax 2012 cu7

Hi all

Alerts are not working on my ax 2012 cu7 and when run the change based alerts in system administration it gives me this error:

“An error occurred while processing event rules for user ‘AAA’.”

any help?

I was able to solve it by doing incremental CIL compilation, after that all alerts works again, but i dont know who this resolves the error.
