AX client stopped responding due to manage alerts

Ax unfortunately stops when I try to manage alert rules! Batch jobs required for alerts run in background but the issue rises.
can anyone help me to resolve the issue.

The email or alert is not notified to the people with whom the alert rule is created.

How is it related to the stopped client mentioned you mentioned before?
Please invest five minutes of your time and explain from the beginning what exactly is going on. If you think it’s not worth your time, then you can’t ask us to spend our time with it either. And we can’t help you anyway if you don’t explain your problem.
