VOIP incoming call shown in NAV

Hello,

I have a task to open correct contact card while receiving a call via VOIP. Most of solutions I come up to are 4-5 years old. I belive that much was improved since and now it should be possible to integrate NAV with TAPI easier.

Any suggestions?

Didn’t check deeply, but this solution seems currently maintened and support NAV 201
