Hello Friends,

I’m Mufaris and I’m a newbie for MS Dynamics AX.

Recently I joined a company who is using Dynamics AX 2012. Since last week, we are encountering one issue with Dynamics that in some workstation, when opening dynamics it gives following error. “The application object server is unavailable. Check your configuration and network connection and try again.”

But the above mentioned issue is not stable, after some times it automatically works fine then it will not. This happens every 20 minutes to 30 minutes. The moment when I restart the service- Microsoft Dynamic AX object Server service on the Dynamics server, the affected workstations works fine for sometime, after sometime the same problem remain.

I really dont know what to do? Could you please anyone help on this to sort out??

Hi Mufaris,

‘Ping’ to your AOS server when you get this error, and confirm that your network is stable.

means it is happing in some work stations or entire network… please elaborate .
