Hello… I was speaking with one of our employees this AM…and he commented that whenever they post an order over 5 line items…the system locks out ALL of the users on the sales desk…sometimes between 1-3 minutes… This would appear to me to be a problem! (:> Does anyone have any thoughts as to why this might be happening… This happens on a regular basis…the CPU, RAM, NETWORK, DISKS…all seem to be ok… Does anyone else have this issue…we only have 6 users on the sales desk…and they ALL lock up when they go to post an order… Interestingly…there is one user who keeps 2 sessions open…when this happens…he just flips to his other session and is able to look up product…for customers… Thanks for ANY help you can provide. irf
Hi, I think you may have to ask your developer to look into his code again. It would be more helpfull for us to know if you did any modification on the “sales” site of your Ax.
