Server & Client do not have the same Program version Number

Hello,

I have a vitualmachine XP (for dev) with different NAV versions (2,3 & 4) and this works fine.

Now I need to install new version for a new customer : The version is FR 2.50 (5.00)

So I installed the nav5 client on another machine and copied the program files

I’m setting up the service, host & service files and the database.

But when using the NAV5-client to connect in server mode to the database I get the error message that Server & Client do not have the same Program version Number

When I open NAV5-client and open the fdb file its working.

I cross checked the installations more than one time but I can’t see what’s going wrong.

Any Help ?
