Requisition Worksheet

V3.01A After creating a requisition worksheet can I go back to the planning worksheet carry out an action message and add to the existing req worksheet…it seems the system deletes the previous items on the req worksheet.

Hi Mark As this is a journal the information is treated as temporary. When copying it to the requisition worksheet you will need to use a different template to ensure the data is not overwritten. However you have to be VERY careful here. Whilst the replenishment is in the purchasing worksheet it is not FIRM. Therefore if you run the planning worksheet and push the entries through to the requisition worksheet and DO NOT action the purchasing worksheet and then you run the planning worksheet it sees no replenishment in the system and gives you another action message to create one. You can easily confuse yourself and create multiple replenishments that then need cancelling.

Steve, Thanks for the clarification and warning.
