Questions about French license

Our subsidiary have Navision license including the following granules: 10,810 Gestion de tr‚sorerie - Emission de traites 10,820 RŠglement 8,000,010 Effets 8,000,020 Virements et pr‚lŠvements Can anyone explain me what this is and what it does (I don’t understand France). Thanks.

These are localized granules to manage payments and cashings. Specially for posting the ledger entries according to the mode of payments (or cashing). JML

Eventually could you translate what they are called into English? We are trying to merge the current licenses we have into one global.

10,810 Cash management - Draft & Bill Delivery statement 10,820 Payment 8,000,010 Draft & Bill 8,000,020 Draft Notice and Withdraw Notice It is the best i can do. Best regards, JML

Thanks JML, Ahh, then I think it’s what I heard about already. THE MAIN FRENCH LOCALIZATION / ADD-ON. Can you tell where I can find more about this add-on? Or maybe you (or someone else) can explain a little what this is really about?

Hi, Erik. I know nothing about the French add-on (although I whished there was something the like in the Italian localization [:p]). Anyway, here’s a good example of the features a good treasury managment software should cover: http://www.docfinance.it:8080/ Maybe not really what you are looking for, but better than nothing. Anna

the goal is to follow the closer as possible the payments and note them by generating ledger entries qualifying the mode of payment used. So you always knows “where” is the payment (ex: in your pocket, then you pay but is not receive by the vendor, receive by the vendor).

It has a long, heavy and totally useless Flash intro. [8D] I downloaded the English product description and sent it to eernst@mbiusa.com It has nothing to do with Navision, but it is best I could find about the subject in English. Anna
