Production order operation scheduling

Hi there,

I run the operation scheduling for one of the production order, and the BOM related to this production order has one route attached, and this route contains two operations as below:

  1. Cutting. (next is No. 2 Packing)

  2. Packing

suppose i have to produce 100 BOM items, after executing the operation scheduling, i found that operation 2 “Packing” start when all the “Cutting” finished. which i think it’s not correct.

From my point of view the “Packing” can start when some of the operation “Cutting” finished, don’t have to wait till all the “Cutting” finished.

Is there any way to meet this kind of requirement ?
